As a customer, you have the right to return products within 14 days from the date you received your order.

For your return to be approved, the product must: 

• Be in its original condition. This means that the product must not be used, washed, or handled in a way that has altered its condition from when you, as the customer, received the product. 
• Be returned in its unopened original packaging 

Please note that you, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping cost. Also, remember to always keep the return receipt until your refund has been confirmed by Holdit.
