Can I combine several different discounts with each other?
No, unfortunately, it is not possible to combine different discounts with each
other.
Why wasn't the discount applied to my order?
If the discount you want to use is not working, please double-check:
* if the discount only applies to certain products
* that the discount code is entered correctly
* that another discount is not registered at the same time
If the discount still has not been applied to your order, you can contact our
customer service, and we will assist you.
The product I purchased now has a better price due to a promotion; can you adjust the price for me?
If the purchase is made before the campaign's start date, or after the
campaign's end date – we unfortunately cannot adjust the price after the fact.
Can you apply my discount code afterwards?
If you have already completed your purchase, we unfortunately cannot add your
discount code afterwards.
