Can I pause my bill?
If you want to pause your invoice, you can do this through the app or the
service of your payment provider. To check your options and get more information
on managing your payment, we recommend that you contact Klarna or PayPal, where
you can get support regarding your available options.
I have returned my order, do I still need to pay my Qliro invoice?
To avoid reminder fees, we recommend that you pause your invoice until we have
processed your return.
If it is not possible to pause your invoice, we recommend that you pay it. We
will then issue a refund as soon as your return has been fully processed.
